I offered up a few suggestions - chocolate cheesecake, chocolate bundt cake, triple layer devil's food cake... And she opted for the devil's food cake. I turned to my trusty dessert cookbook (the one that NEVER fails me!) and found a great recipe. So I gathered up all the ingredients and hustled to it. Topped it with Rich and Creamy Chocolate Fudge Frosting!

This cake smelled divine! I've now made it twice and got rave reviews. And I still haven't tried it!
